A fork Full of Earth is a farm-to-table cater­ing busi­ness. Their name was born out of the belief that culi­nary pro­fes­sion­als have the respon­si­bil­ity to move beyond food prepa­ra­tion and ser­vice to pro­vide edu­ca­tion about the effect that con­scious food choices have on our bod­ies and the planet. They do that by using local farms as resources; con­nect­ing their clients to the source of their food by high­light­ing farm fresh, sea­sonal food in our menus.

A Fork Full of Earth is also more than a cater­ing busi­ness, it is a phi­los­o­phy of cook­ing. Many of their events serve as resources for those who are curi­ous about food, it’s pol­i­tics, and our duty as con­sumers to become more con­scious cit­i­zens of the Earth. As an orga­ni­za­tion, they offer work­shops, cook­ing classes, and cus­tomized edu­ca­tion in addi­tion to their offer­ings as cater­ers. They are equipped to han­dle any event from an inti­mate and small cock­tail recep­tion to a large multi-venue wedding.
